      <image:title>Home - Here to support you.</image:title>
<image:caption>Taking care of your postpartum self is just as important as taking care of your pregnant self. You are worth the investment; you are worth the support. Postpartum is hard, but it can also be beautiful and joyful. It’s a privilege for me to be in your home, to support you in any way you need. My mission as a postpartum doula is to help you find peace and joy during your fourth trimester, however that looks for you.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Doula Services - Postpartum Support</image:title>
<image:caption>Every postpartum experience is unique. As your doula, I walk alongside you through this transition, supporting your emotional, mental and practical needs in a way that feels deeply personalised and supportive to you and your family. Some days you may need practical support. Other days you may need rest, reassurance, nourishment or simply someone to hold space for everything you are moving through. Before each visit, I check in to ensure you are receiving the support you most need in that moment. My intention is for you to feel seen, heard, nourished and deeply cared for after every visit. Ways I May Support You Support may include: Emotional and mental support Nourishing meal preparation in your home Caring for your baby while you shower, sleep or eat Gentle foot soaks and massage to encourage rest Practical household support such as laundry and changing linen Feeding and settling support Supporting older siblings through the transition Guided yoga nidra for restorative rest Birth and postpartum debriefing Nervous system regulation tools Sleep and self-care support Boundary-setting support Accompanying you to appointments if needed Ongoing support via phone and text between visits More often than not, mothers are unsure what support will feel most valuable in the moment — and that is completely okay. Part of my role is gently noticing what is needed and helping carry the load before you even need to ask.</image:caption>

<image:title>Breath and Nervous System Support - Breath and Nervous System Support</image:title>
<image:caption>This support is for Mothers who feel overwhelmed, emotionally stretched, constantly “on,” disconnected from themselves, exhausted yet unable to truly rest, or like they are moving through life in survival mode. You may feel overstimulated, reactive, anxious, foggy, flat, touched out or unable to fully slow your mind and body down even when there is space to rest. So many Mothers are carrying the invisible emotional and mental load of modern Motherhood while living in a chronically heightened nervous system state. This work is an invitation to soften, reconnect and create more safety within your body again. What Sessions Look Like Using breathwork, nervous system education and restorative practices, I support you to better understand your body’s stress responses and gently move from overwhelm toward greater regulation, capacity and ease. These sessions are not about “fixing” you or adding more to your to-do list. They are about creating space to pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself beneath the noise and demands of daily life. Each session is tailored to your unique needs and may include: Guided breath practices Nervous system education Restorative regulation tools Grounding practices Support for stress and overwhelm Practices to improve rest and sleep Space to feel heard and supported Gentle reconnection with yourself and your needs You do not need any experience with breathwork, meditation or yoga to benefit from this support. My intention is that you leave feeling more grounded, connected and supported, with simple tools you can return to whenever life feels overwhelming.</image:caption>
